Capturing Your Next Meeting is Vital to Your Marketing Strategy

Creating the recap video of a 4-day technology conference might be the best part of my job. Sure, producing a show with so much intricacy and nuance is difficult and rewarding, but pouring over the footage and seeing the desired outcome emerge on film is gratifying in a different way.

We are storytellers. The story is the message our client is trying to deliver to its attendees & guests and we tell it through emerging technology solutions, entertainment and coordination. If you’ve done your job well as a producer, the story ruminates throughout the event in a variety of small ways. The recap video encapsulates it all.

GHX, the Global Healthcare Exchange, is an incredible client we are proud to service. We were tasked to create an unforgettable experience for their users’ conference attendees at the Gaylord National Harbor Hotel this April.  With help from our Director of Sales, Adriane Hodder, and Director of Production & Entertainment, Joseph Bearrs, our team produced the entire general session including design and production, content management and overall execution on multiple levels.  Additionally, we managed the design and implementation of a unique “Learning Pavilion” where attendees were able to get hands-on training of their software platform and attend a “Ted Talk-“style “Learning Stage” before networking with colleagues at the posh “Charging Lounge.”    To conclude the experience, our team created and produced a customized show for GHX at the Tuesday night Gala featuring the amazing Motones Vs. Jerseys production, an interactive program that lets the audience choose their favorite performers, which was followed by an incredible keynote speech by Archie Manning. The crowd left that conference energized and excited like never before.

Add to all of that, our production of branded environments throughout, a killer opening act that included 800 people and 1600 drumsticks creating a rhythm you felt throughout the conference, there was no part of the conference experience we didn’t help enhance. We created the DNA of the conference and let it resonate each and every minute.  Thank you Crystal Anderson and GHX for once again allowing us to be a part of your team."

Take a look at the recap video below to give you a glimpse of how this can be used as a recap and "thank you" to conference attendees and just as important a marketing tool to attract new attendees for future conferences.
