Mellanox Technologies

I worked closely with this international client based in Tel Aviv Israel.  Our team had an 8 week turn around to produce this customer event with 2000 attendees as part of the SuperComputing Conference in Denver, CO.  Our services included creative design, content management, staging, production and full show management.
GHX Supply Chain Summit 2017
A 5 year client, GHX Healthcare looks to my team and I to produce there annual supply chain summit.  Customers and Users spend multiple days with hands on continuing education on the GHX Supply Chain software with industry professionals and keynote speakers providing additional solutions on the GHX platform.  Washington D.C. and the Gaylord National was the location and our services included staging, production, creative design, talent and speaker management and full show management.

EMS Software Users Conference

EMS software looked to our team to produce there annual conference in Orlando, FL.  With a list if high profile industry speakers in a tight agenda and 12 breakouts to accompany the general session, we created a logistics plan ensuring each and every element was addressed.  We worked closely with the marketing and communication team to produce there "Meet, Play & Learn" lab where attendees got hands on training on new software updates and benefits.  The conference was an overall huge success.

Seacret Direct Sales Conference

Winner for Best Technical Production at the annual ADMEI Awards Show, our client wanted to "Ignite" their sales force and what better way than utilizing the elements to create a visual experience and message driven content to wow the 3000 attendees.  Special effects and impactful talent helped deliver an awe inspiring general session that is still talked about today by the organization and attendees.

Western Union Hometown Project

Western Union approached us to produce there multi-day WU Hometown Project connecting the organization with the city of Denver.  This included multiple meetings at WU headquarters and the launch of their new building in Denver.  Accompanying that was multiple city wide events where WU employees came together to execute projects geared at improving parks, schools and city facilities in a joint venture with the Mayors office and the Governor.  The final night was the launch of the new building, mapping on the side of the building and a rooftop party with all the bells and whistles.

National Jewish Beaux Arts ball

Winner for Best Theatrical Entertainment Production in the world at 2018 Special Event Conference, our creative team was tested to come up with a "Hamilton" inspired production at their annual Beaux Art Ball.  What came out of it was simply 40 performers, unique costuming, a creative decor and design element, full production and staging and most importantly, executed flawlessly in an airport hanger to over 1500 guests

Gold Canyon Sales Conference

Gold Canyon brought in there sales force from all over the US, Canada and Mexico for their annual sales conference titled "Palooza".  Between an energetic general session highlighting new products and recognizing top producers to the final night awards banquet the execution was nothing short of flawless.  Couple that with an amazing opening act, magic show, multiple breakouts and high level keynote speakers, Gold Canyon associates walked away proud to be a part of the GC team.

Control 4 Launch Event

Control 4 looked at our team to come up with a one night event that would wow potential customers as the organization launched the new platform of wireless home integration.  The event was hosted in a warehouse that was turned into an experience with staging and production, designed activations for attendees, creative entertainment vignettes and unique F&B.  It cumulated with the Control 4 team on stage delivering unique solutions to prospective customers set in a mood that balanced technology, interaction and fun.

Courageous Faces

Our team recently produced an annual fundraiser in support of the Courageous Faces Foundation. In short...this foundation represents people (the faces) from around the world that are considered different...whether it is from being born with a genetic disorder, a disorder that developed after birth, or an accident which caused a physical injury or affected them intellectually.  Our organization is proud to support and give back to this foundation. One of those amazing faces is my business partner Chris Starkey and his wife Christine's daughter Sammi Starkey who has overcome unbelievable odds with her condition and has done it with a smile that lights up any room.
Take a peak at there superhero inspired fundraiser where we were tasked to manage and execute all facets of this production and  we honored all the real superheroes. Special thanks to the founder of this organization Trish Morris for allowing us the privilege to be a part of this amazing event!

GHX Supply Chain Summit - 2018

GHX once again reached out to our team to produce their annual Supply Chain Summit at the Red Rocks Resort in Las Vegas.  We were tasked with creating full design concepts and support the communications team on establishing a theme, a look and feel and to execute a seamless message driven conference.  From the production and stage design to supporting the Learning Pavilion and ancillary common space, the results were outstanding.  We also produced the Ted Talk style staging area in the Learning Pavilion where attendees not only got hands on training of the software but also intimate presentations from subject matter experts on the GHX platform.  Couple that with managing off site and evening functions, corporate theater and entertainment and DMC services, the conference was a hit for the 650 attendees from across the world.
